Right to Cancel Your Purchase & Return of Goods

If you order from the FINISHLINE online store www.finishline.si and aren’t completely satisfied—or simply decide to cancel your purchase—you can do so without providing a reason. Just notify us within 15 days of receiving your order by sending a written notice or an email to [email protected]. Once we receive your notification, you must return the products, in the same quantity and in perfect, unused condition, to our facility at FINISHLINE d.o.o., Pleterje 16B, 8272 Zdole., within the following 15 days. Even returning the goods within this period is considered a formal cancellation of the contract. After receiving the returned, undamaged items, we will refund all your payments within 14 days using the same payment method you originally used.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by either completing the provided withdrawal form (available here) or by sending a clear statement indicating your intent to withdraw. The notice must be sent within the allowed period, and it’s regarded as timely if posted within that timeframe.

Please note that you are responsible for any costs incurred when returning the goods. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.


Claims

If the products you receive do not match the specific features that were explicitly promised, or if you receive incorrect items—whether in the wrong quantity, color, or otherwise deviating from your order—you have the right to file a claim. Claims must be made within 15 days from the purchase date. In such cases, you may either request an immediate exchange for an identical, flawless item or, if preferred, seek a refund in accordance with legal time limits and the conditions for defect claims.

When filing a claim, you can opt for a replacement, a repair, or a refund of your purchase price. In the event of a refund, please note that the seller reserves the right to deduct a usage fee calculated according to current rates—but only up to the amount by which the item’s market value has decreased due to use.

Items returned under a claim can be delivered in person or mailed back at your expense, but only after you have arranged this with us. We do not offer alternative return methods at our cost, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.


Returning Damaged Shipments

Should your package arrive damaged, with missing contents, or showing signs of tampering, you must immediately initiate a claim with the delivery service we use. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can guide you through the claim process with the courier. It is essential that you retain the original packaging and all protective materials—the package must remain in the same condition as when you received it, without any additions, removals, or alterations. You will then need to work with the delivery service to complete a damage report, and don’t forget to include the invoice with your claim. We will do our best to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible in cooperation with the courier.


Important Information

  • When returning an item under a claim or warranty, always include a copy of the invoice.
  • If the package was sent via Pošta Slovenije or another parcel service, you must complete a Damage Report with them.

  • We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and ensuring the items are securely packaged for transport.
  • Shipping costs for returns are always borne by the sender unless agreed otherwise in advance. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  • For warranty claims, you will receive repaired goods more quickly if you contact the manufacturer or its authorized service directly.
